Electrical Professional

What you'll be doing: Uphold the knowledge of an electrical professional. Responsible for providing superior customer service, achieving sales budgets in assigned area and merchandise maintenance. Has in depth knowledge of product and related accessory specific to their electrical trade and will provide customer with this knowledge. Greet and acknowledge all customers in a friendly, professional manner and provide quick, responsive customer service. The ideal candidate must demonstrate record of following up, while applying great attention to detail with their work. Maximize departmental sale by encouraging sale of related item and add on sale as applicable to customer need. Responsible for all other duties as assigned.

What your background should be: Applicant must have minimum two years of experience at a wholesale or retail company specific to trade. Ability to apply basic mathematical concept such as adding, subtracting, multiplying, dividing, and knowledge of weight and measure. Understand and respond appropriately to basic customer and employee inquiries. Read, write and communicate using English language sufficient to perform job functions. Ability to operate store equipment in assigned area including but not limited to LRT, telephone, paging system, copiers, fax machines, computers, CCTV surveillance system, key cutting, panel saw, paint mixing computer, blind cutting, forklifts, pallet jacks, electric lifts, etc.
