Electronic Circuitry/Parts Assembler

What you'll be doing: This position is responsible for assembling, soldering, cleaning, modifying, producing, manufacturing and coordinating with the new and service printed circuit assemblies PCAs. The assembler will report directly to the manufacturing manager. This position will communicate with peers and work closely with technicians, operators and other assemblers for optimum customer satisfaction. Electronic circuitry/parts assembler will establish improvements of sustaining processes. The successful candidate is responsible to develop and build strong relationships with manufacturing employees to communicate trust. S/he will identify common failure modes on new assembly PCAs, notifying management of continuous possible improvements. Support manufacturing in the production of new products, prototypes. Perform other duties as assigned.

What your background should be: Minimum 2 years of electronics manufacturing experience. The applicant must demonstrate high integrity driven and competitive, strong management skills, strong oral and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills and strong customer mindset technical competence. Ability to read interpret electronic assembly diagrams, PCB layouts and parts lists. Excellent communication, presentation, time management, strong influencing and negotiations skills. Ability to lift 25 pounds. Electronics assembler will have the ability to manufacture PCAs in a successful manner.
