What you'll be doing

Perform professional electronics engineering work supporting acquisition of weapon system and support equipment. Develop system performance requirement, objective and integration, and the estimation of time and resource for system design, development, and support. Apply a number of diverse engineering practice, technique, and process to identify and resolve problem which could impact success. Perform analysis and uses systematic, disciplined, quantifiable approaches to implement, develop, and document program requirement. Recommend and evaluate procedure and employ innovative technique and method to achieve goal. Develop, execute and review policy, process, and procedure of a special or miscellaneous character that span multiple scientific and engineering discipline involving the application of knowledge of such fundamental. Plan, coordinate, evaluate and direct the development and production of single or multiple system, subsystem, or equipment item to meet cost, schedule, performance, and supportability criteria; integrate multiple logistic and acquisition function to implement program management strategy.

What your background should be

At least one year of specialized experience equivalent to relevant field. Knowledge of professional electronic engineering theory, concept, principle, technique, and practice involved in electronic, system design, architecture, and integration. Knowledge of system engineering issues and best practice for area such as software, electronic, and environmental. Knowledge of standard acquisition regulation, practice, and procedure. Ability to analyze data and communicate result in oral and written presentation. Ability to use computer application in support of planning, designing, analysis, and reporting.

Required Schooling / Training

Professional engineering degree required.
