What you'll be doing
- Process medical assistance application & re determination, including process of all appropriate form applicable to that state per policy & procedure. Meet with family/responsible party, per policy & procedure guideline and determine and obtain paperwork needed to complete the medicaid application. Monitor and document the progress of the pending medicaid case and re determination in the PCC collection module per policy. Follow up with LDSS on status of cases per policy. Communicate timely to center, REM & registry manager any potential problem case or non compliance by family/responsible party. Participate in RCM weekly meeting for assigned center to review all med pending case. Receive visit from regional MA specialist 2 months to review all pending, re determination and outstand medicaid issue. Upload appropriate documentation to miscellaneous tab per policy. Respond to case discontinuation and/or denial by determine the action required which may include appeal, reapplication or acceptance. Maintain on site regular attendance as scheduled. Perform other duties or project as assigned by manager.

- Must have strong organization skills with a good sense of detail. Good verbal and written communication skills.
