What you'll be doing

This position will implement strategies to market, counsel and enroll students from targeted market. Monitor the effectiveness of enrollment strategies and action items. Counsels and confers with students interpreting and providing program procedures, financial aid policies, goals and objectives. Maintains student records on database; prepares, monitors and provides reports and a contact point for prospective student information. Provide assistance and advice regarding all prospective students to ensure seamless transition to university. Creates and maintains relationships by offering various pre-enrollment services and related functions and attend and participate in meetings and training sessions designated by supervisor. Participate in other duties as assigned by supervisor.

What your background should be

Seven years of related experience or any equivalent combination of experience preferred. Experience in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships, experience in functionality of higher education student information systems and experience in performing, organizing, and prioritizing work activities. Must be working knowledge of MS Office Outlook, Word and Excel.

Bachelor degree
