Enrollment Data Integration Technician

What you'll be doing: Analyzing client defined core benefit plans, structures and rates. Include daily interaction with the Enrollment Data Integration Manager, client and their IT representatives to ensure clear understanding and documentation of requirements. Compiling, manipulating and importing of census and existing core benefit data and into enrollment system. Configuration of core benefit plans in enrollment system. This include programming complex calculations. Working with their Enrollment Data Integration Manager to ensure the site structure provides necessary data elements for carrier file return expectations, content, and format. Maintaining accurate documentation related to enrollment site. Conducting enrollment site review and sign-off. Troubleshooting problems regarding enrollment site during enrollment. Serve as technical resource for client, Third Party Administrator and/or Broker IT representatives during enrollment lifecycle. Serve as resource representing enrollment system capabilities during the re-enrollment planning for our Premier and Public Sector clients. This includes attending customer visits with clients, brokers, client managers and other home office partners to develop the clients core enrollment strategy.

What your background should be: 3+ years in a technical background and insurance industry experience. Strong level knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office products, Access and Excel, Data manipulation tools, and text editing tools to include the ability to program complex level calculations and perform complex level data manipulation functions. Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence without direct authority. Strong collaboration skills. Demonstrate ability to partner with cross functional resources to achieve results.
