What you'll be doing
- The project associate position is an ongoing position designed to support and maintain the epic system and its end users. The principal roles and responsibilities of the epic reporting analyst are: work with end users to identify and correct any reporting issues in a timely and professional manner. Meet with end users to determine new reporting requirements or needed changes to existing reports. Build, test, and deploy new reports that meet end user requirements using epic reporting tools. Perform project mandated testing of all report programs developed. Assist in the development of test scripts and preparation of test data for report testing. Work with the larger business intelligence team to ensure the proper flow of reports and data between systems. Complete specific team task activities as outlined in the project workplan and other job-related duties as assigned. Attend team meetings to discuss team and project related activities, work tasks, and issues.
What your background should be
- Epic clarity certification. Knowledge of epic reporting workbench and reporting template build. Knowledge and experience working with Microsoft Office tools. Solid understanding of database structures. Solid analytical and critical thinking skills. Ability to identify issues, prioritize and problem solve to resolution. Superior communication and customer service abilities. Team player with the willingness/ability to work in a collaborative environment. Knowledge of Microsoft SQL and Oracle database structures preferred. 2+ years of experience working as either a reporting analyst or within a business intelligence department preferred.

- Bachelor degree
