What you'll be doing
- The role of the Event Coordinator is to actively and independently assist the role of Director of Event Management. Primary responsibilities involve supervising client requests either in their absence or at the request of the CS & C manager or Director. Event Coordinator will prompt response to client inquiries, comprehensive management of CI-TY bookings to include all required information for file creation and applicable maintenance. It is the role of the Event Coordinator to initiate the CS & C booking process by creating accounts/bookings, establishing departmental files and notifying affected departments to any types of guest or client inquiries.

- 2 years of administrative experience
Required Schooling / Training
- High school diploma
