What you'll be doing

The chosen candidate will be responsible for assisting the North America Customer Experiences Team (12 people) in a variety of fast-paced and detailed event administrative functions, with significant focus on financial and planning requirements all related to trade shows, internal and external events as well as sports hospitality programs. This role will be a challenging and rewarding one. As an Event Project Coordinator, this individual will gain valuable experience in event planning , event execution, customer experience development, time management, supplier relationships and communication. The position would include, but not be limited to: Financial tracking (budget forecasting support), purchasing card monthly coding and reconciliation, customer visits accounting, supply requisition processing, Promotional item purchase accounting, including credit card transactions, capital expenditure requisition processing.
