What you'll be doing

The Executive Assistant will provide assistance for the Senior Vice President of organization Corporate Services in matters related to meeting facilitation, travel, expense reports, calendaring, screening phone calls, and developing presentations as needed. It is the responsibility of the Executive Assistant to coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements (air, HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS and ground transportation), prepare detailed itineraries and assure accuracy and timely delivery of plans/tickets to travelers. The incumbent will be responsible for maintaining the calendar via MS Outlook, scheduling conference calls and meetings. Telephone coverage including answering incoming calls, screen calls, taking messages and initiating responses promptly.
