What you'll be doing

The client company is seeking an experienced multi tasking professional to join the team to provide field service call coordination and provide administrative support to the president. Duties include: facilitating incoming service calls and dispatching of technicians to complete calls. First point of contact for all incoming calls from both locations. Assisting sales team and sales manager with admin duties. Light HR duties including background checks and orientation. Assistance in marketing programs to drive new business. Executive support to president.

What your background should be

5+ years experience in sales support and/or admin support. Advanced to expert skills in MS Office Suite Software. 3 + years of customer service experience. Experience using PowerPoint or Publishing Software. Able to multi task and complete high volume of smaller tasks. Strong organizational skills. Well spoken and strong communication skills.
