What you'll be doing

The ideal candidate will be accountable for typing, formatting and producing documents including proposals, presentations, correspondence, standard reports in accordance with corporate governed standards and guidelines with an attention to detail. It is the task of the successful applicant to cooperate with staff members to understand client needs and requirements. This individual will supervise calendars, scheduling and travel for a busy, particular, fun and demanding executive. The Executive Administrative Assistant will be accountable for providing seamless administrative assistance to senior managers. Further, she/he will be expected for calendar management, relationships and correspondence, for which she/he will be the first point of contact.

What your background should be

2-4 years of executive assistant experience

Required Schooling / Training

Bachelor's degree
