What you'll be doing
- The principal purpose of this position is to work collaboratively with administrative and other staff locally and in other parts of the Press (including the UK-based legal department). This role will focus on calendar management, such as scheduling and coordinating meetings, conference calls, and videoconferences, including arrangements across multiple time zones with multiple participants. The Executive Assistant will be answerable for facilitating and following up as required on payment of invoices, in coordination with accounts payable teams throughout Global Academic; assisting reporting on legal department budget. Preparing correspondence for outside mailing and internal distribution.
What your background should be
- 5+ years executive administrative support experience
Required Schooling / Training
- 4 year college degree
