What you'll be doing

Executive Assistant will offer administrative and organizational support for Sr. Vice President by handling calendar, maintaining outlook contacts, follow ups, delegated projects; prepare all business expense reports (ensure corporate expense handling are in compliance); make travel arrangements; develop or assist with development of presentations, communications, and reports as needed; coordinate meetings and agenda. She/he will provide guidance to each relevant leader regarding expense budget variances and /or concerns; monitor and maintain all vendor agreements for the organization. It is the responsibility of the Executive Assistant to maintain executive calendars and meeting agendas, prepare materials used in executive presentations and make travel arrangements.
