What you'll be doing

Executive Director will be accountable for the clinical services and new business development. It is the responsibility of the Executive Director to build good relationships with customers by interacting them and resolving their issues. The person is expected to offer direction for the organization and to make sure financial performance of the agency. Executive Director's duties may include to develop an operational plan which incorporates goals and objectives that work towards a strategic direction of the organization, make sure that the operation of the company meets the expectations of its customer, and participate with the board of directors in developing a vision and strategic plan to guide the organization.
