The Executive Director is expected for the successful leadership and management of the company in according to the strategic direction set by the Board of Directors. The Executive Director will report to Board of Directors and will have overall strategic and operational duty for effectively coordinating staff, outside consultants, finances, programs, fundraising, and the overall successful execution of organization

What your background should be

15+ years of nonprofit management experience

Required Schooling / Training

Graduate degree in business
