What you'll be doing
- As an Executive Director selected candidate responsibility will be to build and lead the organization's comprehensive development program to support significant and continued organizational growth. The person will create and implement fundraising programs and systems to produce long-term, sustained results. She/he will be responsible for leveraging resources from the philanthropic sector and building strong relationships within the larger funding community. The Executive Director will also establish and maintain a strong presence at its other locations. This new role reflects a unique opportunity for a dedicated and talented professional with fundraising and communications expertise to further maximize and ensure the future of this extraordinary agency's impactful programs and for children and families.
What your background should be
- 10-15 years of fundraising leadership experience
Required Schooling / Training
- Bachelor's degree
