What you'll be doing
- The Executive Director will be accountable for monitoring, providing oversight and supervision of the day-to-day operation involving clinical, medical, marketing, food service, facility maintenance and financial services. Additionally, the Executive Director will make sure that quality services are being provided and that compliance with appropriate regulatory governing agencies is meeting or exceeding standards respectively. It is the task of the ideal candidate to administer facility and operates within budgetary parameters. The person will oversee regularly scheduled meetings with staff to communicate issues regarding procedures, processes and overall effectiveness of business performance and operations.
What your background should be
- 4 years of management experience
Required Schooling / Training
- Bachelor's degree
