What you'll be doing
- The position holder will oversee entire operation of asssigned facility, will be responsible for supervising, providing supervision of the daily operation including clinical, medical, marketing, food service, facility maintenance, as Executive Director making sure that quality services are being provided and that compliance with appropriate mandatory governing agencies is meeting or exceeding standards respectively. Recruiting, selecting, hiring and training of staff to absorb the work quickly. Conduct regular meeting with staff for effective coordination and business performance
What your background should be
- 5 years of senior management experience in a substance abuse or psychiatric facility
Required Schooling / Training
- Master?s / Ph.D. in a healthcare field, clinical licensure a plus
