What you'll be doing
- The Executive Director is responsible for helping with the operations oversight at the organization. It is the responsibility of the Executive Director to provide training and support to all team members of the department and promote quality care and independence for our residents. The incumbent will ensure compliance with all laws, rules, regulations, policies and procedures within the communities. The person will ensure a high degree of resident and team satisfaction at the community. Further she/he will develop, maintain, and support a strong Board of Directors: serve as ex-officio of each committee, seek and build board involvement with strategic direction for both ongoing local operations as well as for the national rollout.
