What you'll be doing
- It is the duty of the Executive Director to assist with the operations oversight at Enliven communities. Executive Director will be responsible for providing training and support to all Enliven team members and promotes quality care and independence for our residents. The incumbent will ensure compliance with all laws, rules, regulations, policies and procedures within the communities. She/he will ensure a high degree of resident and team satisfaction at the community. Further the person will ensure ongoing local programmatic excellence, rigorous program evaluation, and consistent quality of finance and administration, fundraising, communications, and systems; recommend timelines and resources needed to achieve the strategic goals.
What your background should be
- 3-5 years of experience
Required Schooling / Training
- Associate's/Bachelor's degree
