What you'll be doing
- The Executive Director will be responsible for the overall coordination and administration of the company program including growth and financial performance. It is the duty of the Executive Director to ensure ongoing local programmatic excellence, rigorous program evaluation, and consistent quality of finance and administration, fundraising, communications, and systems; recommend timelines and resources needed to achieve the strategic goals and objectives. This individual will develop, maintain, and support a strong Board of Directors: serve as ex-officio of each committee, seek and build board involvement with strategic direction for both ongoing local operations as well as for the national rollout.
What your background should be
- 5 years of management experience
Required Schooling / Training
- Bachelor's degree
