In this role, the person will supervise residence operations in accordance with its policies and procedures, mission, and philosophy. The Executive Director will be responsible for leading and motivating employees in providing quality care and services to residents and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. It is the responsibility of the position holder to administer the safety and well being of the residents in accordance with the residence
