What you'll be doing
- The Executive Director will effectively develop, perform and monitor strategic fund development, public relations and marketing plans designed to generate support from a variety of sources such as foundations, individuals, corporations and earned income streams. Operating budgets will be developed, implemented and monitored by the Executive Director, who will provide regular and accurate financial reports to the Board. The Executive Director will supervise a complex nonprofit with a focus on adult education learning and consulting, and will have direct responsibility for the design and implementation of programs. The incumbent will be responsible for hiring, training and supervising staff and volunteers, and successfully managing relationships across the nonprofit, public and corporate sectors.
