What you'll be doing
- This role is expected for four key areas within the defined Chapter to include: volunteer development, fundraising, relationship management and management of their local board of Directors. Reporting to the Regional Executive, the Executive Director is the face of the organization in their home market and in markets without volunteer leaders. As Executive Director, this position will provide leadership and direction to volunteers and workers ensuring the objectives and mission of the organization are effectively delivered. The Executive Director will recruit, involve, develop and empowers local volunteer leaders to assist achieve mission metrics or mission support functions in both home market and across Chapter. Also she/he will offer leadership and ensure a culture of inclusion.
What your background should be
- 5 years of related work experience
Required Schooling / Training
- BA/BS degree in business/communications/marketing/finance
