What you'll be doing
- Executive Director will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of human resource policies, procedures and practices; coaching the junior staff members for the improvement; working with finance committee to prepare a comprehensive budget, participating in fundraising activities, administering the funds of the organization, monitoring the monthly cash flow, making sure that the organization complies with all legislation covering taxation and with holding payments, communicating with stake holders, identifying changes in the community, establishing good working relationships with funders, collaborating with community groups, informing the board of director about internal and external issues, making strategic plans to guide the organization, conducting official correspondence and representing the organization at community activities.
What your background should be
- 5+ years of experience
Required Schooling / Training
- Bachelor's degree
