What you'll be doing
- The Executive Director is accountable for the leadership, strategic planning and execution of the daily functions for a Life space Communities, Inc. continuing care retirement community (CCRC) as a member of the Executive Leadership Team. The Executive Director will supervise and administer the hiring, supervision and development of a strong team of empowered leaders and colleagues that assist and emulate the Mission of the company, Core Purpose and Core Values. The Executive Director will ensure both resident and colleague satisfaction remain above industry standards, to offer a great place to live for residents and a great place to work for the workers.
What your background should be
- 7 years of experience as an executive director
Required Schooling / Training
- Bachelor's degree
Who is the client company
- Provides senior living of non-profit retirement communities in the United States. The organization owns and manages a network of 12 Life Care communities.
