What you'll be doing
- The Executive Director is answerable for assisting with the operations oversight at the company communities. It is the duty of the person to develop an operational plan which incorporates objectives and goals that works towards the strategic direction of the organization. The ideal candidate will have to identify, assess, and inform the board of directors of internal and external issues that affect the organization. She/he will have the responsibility to ensure that the operation of the organization meets the expectations of the customers. The duties may involve to oversee the effective daily operations of the organization.

- Associate/Bachelor's degree
