Executive Team Leader in Training

What you'll be doing: Experienced and talented Executive Team Leader in Training is welcome to use his / her skills and knowledge in order to become a part of our company. N this role, you will: - Perform all duties as leader, as well as open and close the store on the required days. - Drive sales through overseeing the guest service and merchandising of up to three departments with sales ($2 - $9 million). - Receive professional training in order to become more competent an stronger executive team leader. - Ensure high quality service through constant interacting with the members of the tea, and the guests. - Have strong desire to achieve sales goals and maintain solid budget controls. - Provide assistance with recruiting / hiring of your team.

What your background should be: In the position of the Executive Team Leader you have to meet the following requirements: - Flexible work hours including some week-ends and night shifts. - Experience of supervisor level. - Degree obtained in a 4-year college. - Excellent cognitive skills, including decision making, problem analysis and quantitative / financial analysis. - Skills in conflict management.
