What you'll be doing
- It is the responsibility of the Executive/Personal Assistant to work directly with Chairman / CEO to provide support in day-to-day administrative duties including organization of calendar, travel arrangements, maintenance of office files, schedule meetings, and organize communications including: telephone calls, email and correspondence. The position holder will exercise considerable judgment in making appointments, managing confidential material and providing information to others. She/he will respond telephone calls and greet visitors in a professional, courteous and friendly manner. Moreover, the qualified applicant will follow up on assignments and make sure that the deadlines are fulfilled.

- 4 year college degree
