What you'll be doing

The supervisor is responsible for running shifts and representing the brand. This is not just a key-holder position, as company expect supervisor to bring positive energy and problem-solving savvy to every shift. Overseeing all FOH and BOH functions to ensure the shift runs smoothly. Developing, training, and nurturing team members. Creating a welcoming and positive atmosphere for all guests. Overseeing all register cash counts. Holding staff accountable for all company policies and procedures. Providing others job related duties as required.

What your background should be

Must have NYC food handler card, open availability and at least 1 year of supervisor experience. Expert cash handling and counting experience. Terrific customer service, including resolving guest issues and creating great relationships. Ability to train and develop staff members. Consistent and reliable performance.
