What you'll be doing

The incumbent of this position will serve as a fast food restaurant manager. The applicant will accomplish fast food restaurant human resource objectives by recruiting and selecting; orienting and training; assigning and scheduling; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures. Maintain the flow of satisfied fast food diners by maintaining kitchen production; monitoring order taking and filing; performing all fast food jobs, as needed; responding to a customer complaint and special requests. Provide fast food meals and drinks by following menus and specials of fast food chain; anticipating consumption; using approved suppliers; placing and receiving food and supply orders; minimizing waste; directing and controlling food preparation and cooking procedures; ensuring that quality standards of fast food chain are met. Accomplish fast food chain goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

What your background should be

The candidate should have some previous work experience with customer service, food sanitation and management. Cost accounting and inventory management skills preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication as well as listening skills preferred.
