What you'll be doing

The Field Service Manager will supervise a team of technical Digital Service Specialists who service and support hardware and software technology-based solutions of the organization to the other companies within a territory and/or an assigned account list. Specific job responsibilities for this post will include selecting, hiring and developing current and new technical representatives. Additionally, the Field Service Manager will be liable for supporting the policies and procedures of the department and company. It is the responsibility of the Field Service Manager to address and troubleshoot customer issues to achieve total customer satisfaction.
