What you'll be doing

Coordinate and supervise activities of service or technical personnel via personnel assignments job or project management, administration and technical support. Responsible for single products in a single legal entity. Monitor daily progress of jobs or projects. Work independently under general supervision, requiring normal guidance and review. Provide technical guidance to field staff and customers. Level is determined by a matrix based on years of experience, number of employees supervised and scope of responsibility. Handle special projects as assigned.

What your background should be

5+ years of experience with Artificial Lift Systems. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to successfully lead a team of Field employees. Ability to troubleshoot equipment malfunctions within a timely manner. Must be able to work independently. Previous oil field experience.

Required Schooling / Training

High School diploma or equivalent
