What you'll be doing

Loads equipment from warehouse onto delivery vehicle. Delivers and sets-up medical equipment and supplies. Instructs client or caregiver on the basic use of the equipment. Performs basic safety assessment and ensures that client is knowledgeable about product safety. Picks up used equipment. Cleans, disinfects, repairs and troubleshoots specialty medical equipment. Assists the operations manager as required. Operates van or16ft box truck on company property or public roadways. Records transactions on customer receipt. Performs related duties as assigned by supervision. Records sales or delivery information. Resolves service complaints following established company guidelines. Restocks vehicle as needed. Maintains company vehicle and assures vehicle safety. Records transactions on customer receipt. Records sales or delivery information.

What your background should be

Ability to read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to make decisions that support company guidelines authoritatively and quickly. Skilled at maintaining excellent quality in a fast paced work environment. Strong interpersonal communication skills, able to effectively communicate with patients, medical staff and co-workers. Adept at trouble shooting and problem solving.

Required Schooling / Training

High school graduate.
