What you'll be doing

We are on the lookout for a professional File Administrator / Data Entry Specialist to become an integral part of the Operations and Accounting team and to hold responsibility for electronic file management and data entry with the case management system of the organization. The ideal candidate for the File Administrator / Data Entry Specialist position will be responsible for opening all cases within our system, maintaining data integrity and data entry all over the customers base. The File Administrator / Data Entry Specialist position is a key role for a great number of corporate departments and a solid source of knowledge for the company office representatives. Once you apply for the File Administrator / Data Entry Specialist position, be ready to work under the direct supervision of the Director of Accounting. The basic responsibilities of the File Administrator / Data Entry Specialist position include: - Collaborate with the representatives of the Accounting Department in order to set up auto pay and billing systems. - Create and open the files of the customers as well as their profiles as they consult and retain the company. - Accurately and quickly enter the customers data directly into the case management software of the company. - Keep the information updated in regards to the customers status with the organization. - Generate and present creative ideas for improving the firms processes with a constructive, professional and positive attitude.

What your background should be

The qualifications needed for you to succeed at the File Administrator / Data Entry Specialist position: - Solid professional reputation with high degree of integrity, energy and the most positive perspective. - Associates Degree strongly desired. - Prior experience in working with the systems of business management. - Demonstrated ability to work effectively both within a friendly team and independently. - Eye for the smallest details. - Ability to effectively communicate in an oral and written form. - Proven willingness to adapt to various changes in the process of work. - Flexibility and solid multi-tasking and organizational skills, as well as ability to prioritize tasks with strong respect to the set deadlines. - Ability to learn new systems and software as quickly as possible.

Associates Degree strongly desired
