What you'll be doing
- As a business partner to the technical operations, duties will involve cost center management, reporting, and alignment on financial goals and their achievement. This person will interface regularly with our South San Francisco and Basel Switzerland colleagues to ensure aligned accurate financials. Finance Manager will be answerable for providing decision support analysis to operations aligned with improving financial metrics for business specific projects/initiatives. It is the function of the Finance Manager to engage with local operations on standard product cost setting, product variances as well as labor structure decisions. Furthermore, she/he will lead for month end financial activities
What your background should be
- 5-7 years of relevant financial experience
Required Schooling / Training
- Finance, Economics or Business degree
