What you'll be doing

Drive the development annual budgets and monthly forecasts by partnering closely with CDT leadership and project managers. Proactively identify and lead the analysis that aids in the decision making process and helps drive operational expense prioritization which will require thorough data analysis and scenario planning. Monitor and report performance against budgets and forecasts for assigned digital areas. Perform hands on month end close activities: accruals, re-class journal entries for multiple cost centers and projects. Actively interpret and review financial results with leadership, including trends/issues and opportunities, to drive actionable responses. Lead and establish robust processes to effectively report and manage expenses and headcount across multiple projects and cost centers. Partner with cross functional team of accountants, finance analysts, and others for month end close processes and to drive standard financial operating practices.

What your background should be

6+ years of experience managing over $100M operating budget, financial analysis, cost accounting, and/or P&L management. Experience with IT or labor based budgets, projects and project financials preferred. Advanced Excel skills, experience with SAP or similar enterprise system, and with project labor tracking systems. Superior interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally. Comfortable working in ambiguous environments and demonstrated ability to manage multiple, competing priorities.

Required Schooling / Training

Bachelor degree in a business related field with emphasis in finance, accounting or economics
