What you'll be doing
- The Finance Manager will be accountable for supporting the Director, Finance with financial planning & analysis and reporting. Manage monthly forecasting (Estimate) and annual budgeting process for global organization. The Finance Manager will examine and interpret financial projections and risks & opportunities. It is the responsibility of the Finance Manager to oversee preparation and/or review of presentation decks and variance commentary for senior management and Corporate. The Finance Manager will also manage monthly headcount reporting and analysis for company globally. Additionally, the Finance Manager will work with commodity/functional finance leads to understand their forecasts of filled and open positions, and ensure TM1 accurately reflects these forecasts. This position will handle consolidation of headcount templates submitted by the commodities/functions as part of the annual budget process.

Required Schooling / Training
- Bachelor's degree
