What you'll be doing

The important function of this job for the Finance Manager is to provide in-depth analysis of financial results to senior management to help in business decision making and provide insight into the entity financial results to North America and the Group. As the Finance Manager this person will coordinate and supervise the financial planning and budgeting for entity to ensure timely and accurate budget analysis and financial review for management team. Involves income statement, balance sheet and cash flow plus all metrics and analysis required to present budget for approval. The Finance Manager will examine the financial details of past, present, and expected operations in order to determine development opportunities or initiatives and areas where improvement is required. Also this individual will make recommendations to Finance leadership to initiate policies, practices and procedures to enhance overall financial performance.

What your background should be

10 years of progressive responsible experience

Required Schooling / Training

BS in accounting or finance

Who is the client company

Produces Switches, electrical connectors and other circuit components, circuit breakers, electrical cabinets, conduits and other cable management products.
