The enterprise finance analyst role requires the ability to effectively work in a team environment as well as take initiative, ownership and responsibility for tasks/projects. Enterprise Finance is a dynamic group reliant on resourceful and innovative thinking. Unforeseen projects and requests comprise the majority of the role, thus the ability to assess a need and the flexibility to contribute in an unscripted way is key. Pool allocation modeling, contribution to cost structure development as required. Monthly tracking of fringe pool variances, forecasting. Participation in the forward pricing exercise including indirect rate management, planning, analysis, and FPRP submission to DCAA as well as follow-up compliance support as required. Ad-hoc policy & procedure development-assistance with the cost accounting manual.
What your background should be
Understanding of general accounting and compliance. At least a basic knowledge of CAS, FAR, & disclosure statements.
Required Schooling / Training
Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration.
