What you'll be doing

Accurate and timely reporting and analysis of financial and operational metrics. Ad-hoc reporting and analysis on key metrics. Support the annual planning and periodic forecasting processes, and perform risk and opportunities analysis versus business outlook. Partner with business teams across the company to understand performance and support process and performance improvement. Development of business cases to support major financial decisions. Assist in maintaining and improving the corporate model. Document financial processes and maintain consistency in financial reporting. Collaborate with accounting to improve analysis and insight, and ensure monthly performance is accurately reflected in the company financial systems. Creation of materials and analyses for investors and potential investors.

What your background should be

Minimum 2+ years of related work experience in finance roles and excellent grasp of corporate finance fundamentals. Strong financial analytical and modeling skills, and experience with forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Advanced MS Excel skills. Ability to think creatively, work independently and part of a team to solve problems given limited resources and time, have a strong work ethic, and adhere to deadlines.

Required Schooling / Training

BA/BS degree required; MBA preferred.
