What you'll be doing

Coordinates/prepares and analyzes best business reports (i.e. global BBP metrics, ci savings, cost and EBIT bridges, etc). Interfaces with VSM leaders, business unit controllers, ops directors and regional CI directors. Provides training to BBP users from all value streams/functional areas. Provides GAP analysis to value best practice savings opportunities. Assists with integration of new businesses / acquisitions / JVS into BBP/GAP analysis culture as required. Analyze metrics across global enterprise and provides feedback on data comparisons and helps refine mapping to global standards. Provides product line profitability and GAP analysis to support business transformation initiatives. Reviews savings and reconciles to business unit performance. Works with controllers and other functional areas to bridge year on year performance. Provides financial analysis savings calculations for strategic decisions. CI, TRAC super user and data integrity responsible. Provides analysis regarding product line profitability that influence strategic direction of the organization and help set targets for financial planning. Directs and coaches local & regional management with mapping foreign statutory books to JCI standard chart of accounts, and underlying systems interfaces for global reporting consistency. Develops HFM & business objects reporting to drive business decisions / direction. Interfaces with various functional areas & systems to assure consistent global reporting content. Works with controllers to compress closing process and integrate operating statistics.
