What you'll be doing
- The financial sales representative will decide how to build your practice by choosing your clients and the markets you want to pursue. The individual will be responsible for efficiently and effectively driving sales and developing relationships with clients by understanding their goals and objectives. The organization will provide resources to help the incumbent to discover and build his/her markets to develop a successful practice as a financial representative including: developing his/her business and marketing plans; extensive training and coaching from certified trainers; and access to knowledgeable groups of financial advisors and specialists to assist him/her in sales objectives.
What your background should be
- Applicant requires having strong interpersonal skills and history of personal success. The ideal candidate requires being a self-starter and highly motivated. Previous sales experience is a plus.
Required Schooling / Training
- Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree from a four-year college or university required.
