What you'll be doing

Develop new investment and banking business through lead generated from internal partnering. Identify profile and meet with client to analyze and review financial goal. Engage customer in the lobby for delivery of store value proposition. The incumbent will triage client lead and make referral to appropriate internal service provider based on client need and asset threshold. Participate in ongoing training and interaction. The role is a bridge between banking and brokerage therefore the candidate must have a general awareness of core banking and investment solution. Provide a single company and product view for the client, executing referral across banking and brokerage line.

What your background should be

One or more years experience in business development and investment training. Proficiency with appropriate banking center system and routine to support sale process. Pursuant to the safe act requirement, all employees engaged in residential loan mortgage origination must register with the federal registry system and remain in good standing. Demonstrate strong awareness of enterprise wide opportunities to serve the customer. Pro actively build relationship with potential and existing client to meet business objective.

Required Schooling / Training

Four year business degree preferred.
