What you'll be doing

Develop reports and dashboards utilizing various reporting tools & query languages. Participation in system maintenance, user support, upgrade activities, implementations and integrations. Must be comfortable with user-facing technology. Provide financial systems reporting support to global users. Coordinate and oversee custom financial reporting solutions. Provide financial systems helpdesk and reporting support to global users. Fulfill ad-hoc reporting requests for processing review, testing, account reconciliations and audit support. Coordinate ODS reporting design and data integrity processes. Special projects as required, including support for software implementations and integrations. Provide training and coaching, assist in setting performance standards and evaluating project performance. Participate in developing and recommending programs, policies and procedures. Support of projects and change management initiatives with finance systems team, finance & accounting, sales ops and across the firm. Assess third-party analysis. Develop standard project reporting methodology in coordination of roll-out of application enhancements.

What your background should be

Minimum 5+ years of experience in finance systems analysis, financial systems administration, data integration, reporting and analysis. Experience with accounting/ERP system implementations and integration with other software (SFDC, Intacct, Adaptive preferred). Strong finance background, experience in multi-company environment. Knowledge of querying SQL server databases (PostgreSQL preferred). Must be able to manage highly sensitive and confidential information. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, work well with deadlines independently and as part of a team. Understanding of desktop software with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Required Schooling / Training

Bachelor's degree.
