What you'll be doing
- As sales professional, the primary focus of the incumbent is to build and maintain relationships with customers. The incumbent will be the most critical link in ensuring that the customer experience in the stores is nothing other than outstanding. Candidate will become a part of a dynamic selling environment where the fashion sense and selling experience will make an important part of the team. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to demonstrating outstanding customer service, building and maintaining a loyal client base, providing clients with product knowledge, calling clients for events and the arrival of new merchandise and working as part of a team to meet individual, department and store objectives. Meeting or exceeding sales and new account goals. Become familiar with product information understanding features and benefits of the company products. Commitment to building customer relationships and loyalty through personal interaction and the maintenance of a client file. Demonstrate knowledge of store products and services and use this knowledge to build sales.
What your background should be
- Applicant has to be goal oriented and has an entrepreneurial outlook. Experience of selling fine jewelries is preferred. Enjoy meeting and interacting with customers; demonstrate an energetic and positive attitude. Applicant has to have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple priorities and learn new procedures. Candidate will have to be a team player who possesses the ability to work in a learning environment and able to communicate effectively with customers, peers and management.
