What you'll be doing

The Food Service Campus Director will be responsible for the supreme quality execution of the guest service by the whole department. The candidate will face with the task to manage department margin, inventory, pricing integrity, labor budgets and merchandising standards. The Food Service Campus Director will also be required to ensure each of the Team Members is provided with exceptional coaching and supervision. The individual will ensure the highest level of execution in regards to the process of ordering, unloading, receiving, food preparation, cleanliness, rotation, storage and merchandising.
