What you'll be doing

Develop web application front ends in accordance with designs comps and information architecture. Use JavaScript to code necessary page behaviors, widgets and front-end business logic. Develop cross-browser layouts for the set of browsers that are supported by the application. Develop front-end unit tests as appropriate to test the developed software. Developing low fidelity mockups and prototypes to help convey and flush-out user experience ideas and alternatives. Maintain a consistent UI appearance by developing and enforcing content and display standards. Fix UI behavior and layout related bugs. Participate in design reviews. Participate in user acceptance testing. Adhere to best practices and industry coding standards.

What your background should be

Fluency with HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript. Ability to work in a fast paced agile team environment. Solid understanding of separation of content/design/behavior. Familiarity with layout, design, and usability principles. Willingness to learn other technologies including C# and ASP.NET MVC. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and willingness to adapt to department and company needs. Experience with front-end unit-testing frameworks a plus. Experience with SASS/SCSS a plus. Experience with C# a plus. Experience with ASP.NET MVC a plus.

Required Schooling / Training

Bachelor degree preferred and a couple years of relevant development experience.
