FT Grain Production

What you'll be doing: Comply with all company safety policies. Work in a safe and efficient manner, according to company safety policy. Utilize good customer service skills at all times, when servicing and greeting customers. Listen to and resolve customer complaints and concerns. Demonstrate work habits that develop, build, and support the team concept within the organization. Courteously and efficiently, receive and disburse grain. Receive products, unloading from wagon/truck/semi. Pull sample and grade and weigh products and record results. Maintain charts indicating location and contents of storage tanks. Assist with feed operations as needed. Help service, operate, and repair equipment as needed. Documentation of maintenance according to OSHA standards. Comply with all company housekeeping standards. Must be a team player.

What your background should be: Ability to work in a safe & efficient manner according to the company safety policies. Job requires standing for full shift. Stooping, climbing & bending required on the job. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. from the floor to minimum height of 36. Work overtime as required. Ability to work in a dust filled environment.
